如何清潔 RGB 或 QcK Prism 滑鼠墊

This guide is an approved RGB mousepad cleaning method from our product team to keep your gear free of dirt and grime.

When it comes to the QcK Prism or any other wired RGB mousepad, it's important to observe extra caution when cleaning. If you’ve had any tracking issues when playing games, a dirty mousepad may be the culprit!

Cloth or fabric mousepads require a bit more effort to get rid of all the oil, grease, and dirt your hands transfer on a daily basis. Unlike standard mousepad cleaning, it is important that you do not submerge a wired RGB mousepad in water.

You will need:

  • Mild dish soap

  • Warm water

  • Microfiber cloth

Steps:

  1. Unplug your RGB mousepad.

  2. Soak the microfiber cloth in warm water with a bit of mild dish soap, and wring it out as much as possible. You don't want to risk getting any drops of water near your electronics.

  3. Use the damp soapy cloth to thoroughly wipe the mousepad to remove any oil, grease, and dirt. While it's fine to run clean the edges of your mousepad, avoid using any moisture on the electronics box (the area where the wire exits the mousepad).

  4. Rinse the microfiber cloth, wring it out as much as possible, and use the damp soap-free cloth to thoroughly remove all soap residue from the mousepad. Repeat as necessary to ensure that no soap or dirt remains.

  5. Allow your mousepad to dry flat, right side up.

  6. After a couple of hours, the mousepad should be ready for gaming. Plug it back in and game on!

Enjoy your clean mousepad 🌈

請注意:While we don't recommend them, if you do choose to use sprays, wipes, or any other cleaning and disinfecting products on your equipment, please carefully read all labels to ensure safe and correct use for both your belongings and your own health. Also, as we mentioned above, be extremely careful getting any moisture near the electronics box where the wire exits your mousepad!
